This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions to Seasonlytics, operated by Yan B. Consultation and Holding Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").


1. Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription purchase of Seasonlytics, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your purchase before processing the refund request.

If approved, refunds will be issued through our payment provider.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Except where required by applicable law, refunds are not available for:

  • subscription renewals
  • unused credits
  • partial billing periods
  • cancellations made after the applicable refund window
  • accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

If you cancel:

  • your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period
  • you will not be charged for the next billing cycle unless you resubscribe

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.


4. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through our payment provider.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, payment provider, and financial institution, and may take 5–10 business days or longer.


5. Payment Processing

Payments for Seasonlytics subscriptions are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.

Refunds are issued through Paddle in accordance with their payment processing procedures.


6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.

If we make changes, we will post the updated Refund Policy on this page and revise the Last Updated date above.


7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
