Most jobs complete within 5-15 minutes. You can submit up to 10 identifiers per job. You'll receive an email notification when your job is complete.
Failed jobs are not charged. Common causes include invalid identifiers or temporary service issues. Check your input format and try again. If problems persist, contact support with your Job ID.
Currently, jobs cannot be cancelled once submitted. However, you won't be charged credits if a job fails or encounters an error during processing.
Visit the Billing page from your account menu to upgrade to Pro or Enterprise. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be prorated for the current billing period.
